HSUG/LARIA Winter Seminar 'NHS and Local Government Intelligence: Sharing Skills and Information for the Future'

The LARIA/HSUG winter seminar and learning event is being held on Wednesday 7th December 2011 at Aston University and the programme has now been finalised. The event will encourage relationship building, joint working, and the identification of priority work programmes across health and local government. The event will also provide an opportunity for local practitioners to contribute to discussions around what is required from a national information and intelligence resource. Delegates who attend the seminar and learning event will:
* Be better informed with up-to-date knowledge and thinking on the key issues facing the sector
* Identify areas of best practice and new skills to make them more effective in their roles
* Understand the importance of collaboration and partnership work in their professional roles
* Provide and identify appropriate support mechanisms to help them make a positive impact in their work
* Contribute to local and national debates around information and intelligence
* Be part of an emerging national and regional professional multi agency network
* Gain valuable CPD experience
